The three tenets of our focus for achieving better health are:
Cleanse. This goes beyond just physical and mental cleansing to include emotional and spiritual purging of toxins and toxic ideas/mentalities to foster better overall health.
Nourish. ‘Out with the bad’ must be followed by ‘in with the good’. Therefore, your next step after cleansing would naturally be nourishment. When you clean out bad thoughts, replace those with good thoughts, when you cleanse your skin, follow up with moisturizer or other skin nourishment. This is the natural sequence we encourage our clients to follow in life for improved well-being. Cellular level nutrition is one of our most highly recommended points.
Adopt healthy habits. From acupuncture to grounding, massage therapy to walking, we consider all the healthful activities we can, and help you find the one that works for you to enhance your personal wellbeing and find a sustainable fitness routine tailored to you.

Our Story

If we would cleanse our body of the toxins and abuse we have subjected it to, then flood our bodies at the cellular level with excellent nourishment, and practice healthy habits especially regarding sleep, exercise and mindfulness of our creator, chronic illness would all but disappear.

Cleansing and elimination is very important, as evidenced by the fact we have one portal for intake but 2 portals for putting out.

God made us with all the tools we need to be happy. We need to stop ignoring them.

I was unhappy with the narrative I was constantly hearing; people searching for answers from their doctors and not finding any, even though they knew they did not feel well. I soon determined that I wanted to set off on a different approach. I wanted to find a way to help diagnose problems without machines or complicated tests, and to treat them without harmful chemicals.
